Innovative, challenging, and fun, the dance-conditioning program at Halestone provides clients with a comprehensive training regimen for the development of physical endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Choreographed and set to music by studio director Nancy Lane, classes feature a thirty-minute aerobic workout (using the combined techniques of modern, ethnic dance, jazz, ballet, and improvisation) balanced by an additional thirty minutes of pilates-based mat exercises, yoga and other somatic training methods.
