2008 / 2008 Registration Dates:
To Register Using This Website
Download the Halestone registration form (see the link on this page). The length of each class determines the cost of the class (see the Class Schedule 08-09 page). Add together the cost of the classes selected for the year’s total tuition (see the Tuition page). If choosing to pay by installment, divide the total cost of tuition by the number of installments to be made. Return the completed registration form with the registration fee, a tuition installment, or payment in full to Halestone Dance Studio by August 21, 2008. You will be contacted only in the unlikely event that the class or classes for which you have registered are canceled or need to be rescheduled.
Shoe Day & Walk in Registration -
August 23, 9:00am - 12:00pm
Halestone’s Shoe Day & Open House is held every year on the same day as the annual Rockbridge County Community Festival. If you’re planning to be in town for the festivities that Saturday, stop by the studio. You’ll be able to meet the studio director and order shoes for tap, ballet, jazz and hip-hop, kneepads, dancewear that meets the studio uniform requirements(including scarves and veils for belly dancers), and our 30th Anniversary Halestone T-shirt! As an added, Shoe Day bonus, those who miss the registration deadline of August 21 may hand deliver their registrations to the studio during Shoe Day hours (9am-12pm only) and have them processed without having to pay the late fee!
2nd Semester Registration
The same registration form may be used for second semester registration (late fees do not apply). Tuition fees for classes registered for the 2nd semester, January - May, are equal to 3/4 of a year's tuition. Class availability and schedules may vary, so be sure to call the studio for enrollment confirmation when registering for the 2nd semester.
Drop and Add
Students who drop or add a class will be charged the full amount for the semester in which the change takes place. The fee for the 1st semester (September-December) equals half of a full year's tuition. The 2nd Semester fee (January-May) is equal to three-quarters of a year's full tuition.
Seperate Registration is Required
Payment for Morning Dance Conditioning and Yoga Classes, Weekend Intensives and Workshops is required in advance or on a per-class basis and cannot be included in the installment plan. Costs for special classes may vary depending on content and instructors' fees.
