Tuition and Fees

To Register

The length of each class determines the cost of the class.  Add together the cost of the classes selected for the year’s total tuition.  If choosing to pay by installment, divide the total cost of tuition by the number of installments to be made. Return the completed registration form with the registration fee, the tuition installment, or payment in full to Halestone Dance Studio by August 21, 2008.

Late Fees

Registrations postmarked after August 21 are charged a $20.00 late fee.  Tuition

installments and costume fees are due by the 7th of each month. Payments recieved after the 10th of the month will be charged a $10.00 late fee.

Drop and Add

Students who drop or add a class will be charged the full amount for the semester in which the change takes place.  The fee for the first semester (September - December) equals half of a full year's tuition.  The second semester fee (January - May) is equal to three quarters of a year's tuition.

Refunds

Tuition will not be refunded for classes missed due to illness, family trips, etc.  However, students are entitled to an equal number of make-up classes for those missed.  To arrange for a make-up class, please email - mail@halestone.com
