Intro to Ballet

Class Description

Ballet technique will be gently introduced through exercises and dance games. Dancers will learn new movement patterns, explore qualities of nonverbal expression, and organized movement into an aesthetic experience. Classes will explore movement possibilities and skills, as well as incorporating social emotional foundations. Students will need nude canvas or leather ballet shoes. We recommend Bloch or Capezio.
